From the outside, hardly anything hints at the special world awaiting you here. You arrive at a perfectly ordinary place, far from curious glances. An inconspicuous door, a soft carpet beneath your feet and a stylish hallway with its distinctive red staircase welcome you.
This is where that special feeling of anticipation begins. And yet you have no idea what awaits you just a few steps later.
On first entering the Masterroom Suite, you almost involuntarily stop. Your gaze wanders along an imposing stone wall some twelve metres long, discovers extraordinary pieces of furniture and finally comes to rest on a generous bed that reigns over the room almost majestically from its platform.
A world full of possibilities opens up. Mysterious, fascinating and yet surprisingly inviting.
And then there is this contrast: step out onto the balcony and the mountains lie before you, the lake shimmering in the distance. For a moment, time seems to stand still.

The Masterroom Suite is the heart of our apartment. A spacious room of experience, designed with great attention to detail, that combines extraordinary possibilities with the comfort and privacy of a very personal retreat.
Here, stylish ambience, fascinating play furniture and extensive equipment for the most varied preferences and fantasies come together. From gentle, playful discoveries to demanding BDSM experiences, the suite opens up an impressive variety of possibilities.
We have not simply gathered as many things as possible in one room. Rather, we want to create a special world in which every detail has its place and atmosphere, furnishings and personal freedom combine into a harmonious whole.
Because what makes the Masterroom special is not only what is at your disposal. It is above all the freedom to decide for yourselves what you make of it.
You do not need to be experienced or bring particular preferences. Perhaps you would like to dip cautiously into the world of BDSM for the first time, perhaps you have long been familiar with each other and are looking for new inspiration. Or you simply want to enjoy your togetherness in an extraordinary setting without using a single piece of our play furniture.
All of this has its place with us.

For us, a special stay does not begin when you enter the Masterroom. It begins many hours earlier – with the careful cleaning, checking and preparation of every single room.
Especially in a place where closeness, trust and personal freedom mean so much, hygiene is far more than a matter of course. It is an essential part of our philosophy.
Time for care – without compromise
That is why we deliberately accept a maximum of one booking per day at the Masterroom. After every stay, we devote several hours to the thorough cleaning and hygienic preparation of all rooms and their equipment.
We do not only pay attention to the large, visible surfaces. The many small details that our guests may not even consciously notice also deserve our full attention.
Before the rooms are released for the next guests, we carry out the final check personally as experienced hosts.
We do not rely on everything being fine. We make sure of it ourselves.
Special care for our toys
We pay very special attention to our extensive range of toys.
Already when choosing them, we consistently make sure to provide only reusable toys whose materials can be reliably cleaned and disinfected.
After every stay they are carefully cleaned and disinfected according to their material properties. Intimate toys are then vacuum-sealed so that they remain protected until their next use.
In this way we want to give you the certainty that behind the scenes, too, we work with the same attention you should experience when entering our rooms.

With her professional background in healthcare, Malou brings a particularly strong awareness of hygiene and the importance of consistent cleanliness.
For her, hygiene is not a matter of personal taste, nor an additional service to advertise.
