In our booking system you can choose your desired stay, add further experiences and find out about the costs in advance. The booking system is currently available in German; we are happy to help in English by e-mail or message.

How your booking works
Choose your preferred date
In our booking calendar you choose your preferred period and the right type of booking.
Whether a few special hours, an overnight stay or our getaway package with two nights and a whole day in between – you decide how much time you want to give yourselves.
If you wish, you can add further experiences, special programmes or small treats to your stay. The corresponding costs are clearly shown to you when you make your enquiry.
Send us your enquiry without obligation
If your preferred period is available, you can send a non-binding enquiry via our short booking form.
We only need the details required to process your enquiry. We do not ask personal questions about your relationship or your inclinations.
Sending the enquiry does not yet create a binding booking. So you can take your time to find out everything first.
You receive our personal offer
We check your enquiry and see whether your desired stay can be arranged with all the chosen services as planned.
If everything fits, we send you a personal offer with all booking details and the agreed costs. You can review this offer at your leisure and then accept or decline it directly.
If you decide against it, your enquiry is deleted and no booking costs arise.
You decide – we reserve
The booking only becomes binding once you accept our offer.
From this moment on, the agreed period is firmly reserved for you and blocked in our booking system.
The Masterroom belongs exclusively to you for your entire booked stay. We accept no other bookings for this period.
Payment and booking details
After the binding booking, payment is made according to the payment options and terms offered.
As soon as your payment has been received, you will get our confirmation with the exact address, arrival information and all other important details for your stay.
Of course, we treat your details with the utmost discretion.

At the agreed time we welcome you personally at the Masterroom 3.0.
We greet you, show you the rooms and explain the most important features of our equipment. Of course, we also take time to answer your questions.
We then withdraw and leave the Masterroom to you for your very personal time out. At the end of your booking there is a short personal check-out.
A special privilege for our members
Holders of a valid Masterroom member card already know our rooms and procedures.
They therefore enjoy the option of arriving independently, without personal check-in or check-out, and shaping their stay entirely at their own pace.
