The Masterroom is more than a place for extraordinary hours. It is a private retreat for people who want to experience their desires and passions in a stylish, well-kept and absolutely discreet ambience.
With great attention to detail, we prepare our apartment personally for every visit. After every booking we take several hours for thorough cleaning, careful disinfection and a final check. That is why we deliberately accept only one booking per day.
Whether you come to us for a few intense hours, stay the night together or want to enrich your stay with special extras – you decide what your personal time out should look like.
Our prices are transparent, so that you can put your stay together exactly as you wish.
Because for us, true luxury means not only special furnishings, but the good feeling of being completely on your own for a few hours.

With your basic booking, far more than a single room of experience is at your disposal. You enjoy the entire private Masterroom apartment with its extraordinary suite, the cosy tea kitchen and the luxurious master bathroom with its generous whirlpool bath.
We want you to feel welcome from the very first moment. That is why we prepare your stay with great attention to detail and provide numerous little comforts that make your time together even more beautiful.

When you pay
Your first visit
For your first booking, the full booking amount is payable in advance.
Returning guests
You pay a deposit of 50 % – the rest is conveniently settled at check-in.
With member card
You pay everything on site. If you arrive and leave entirely on your own, we ask for payment no later than 3 days before your booking.
How you pay
Bank transfer
Absolutely discreet: you transfer to a neutral company – the payment only shows a neutral booking number, never the name you booked with.
TWINT & PayPal
Payments by TWINT or PayPal are possible. As both involve high fees for us, we kindly ask you to add 5 Fr. to the amount.
On site
On site you can conveniently pay in cash or with all common credit cards.

Cancellation & changesShow cancellation terms
Sometimes something comes up and a planned stay cannot take place. We understand that. At the same time, we reserve the Masterroom exclusively for you for the entire booked period – during this time we accept no other bookings. A short-notice cancellation therefore often means that we can no longer rent out the reserved period to anyone else.

Our personal goodwill
We know that there are situations nobody can foresee. Especially in the case of illness or other unforeseeable events, we would like to find a fair solution wherever possible.
If we can rent out the period that has become free at short notice, we usually reduce the cancellation fee to 25 %. If it can no longer be rented out, in justified cases we have often found a joint solution in the past and charged only 50 % of the booking costs.
This goodwill is an expression of our personal attitude and is voluntary. There is no general entitlement to it.
Changes of date
A special stay does not always have to be cancelled. Sometimes it simply needs a new date. If you would like to postpone your visit, we are happy to try to find a suitable solution together.
For short-notice requests, we take into account in particular whether we can still give the originally reserved period to someone else. A new date must be available and is expressly confirmed by us. There is no automatic entitlement to a short-notice change.

Our recommendation: travel cancellation insurance
Illness, accident or other unexpected events can make a short-notice cancellation necessary. Travel cancellation insurance can protect you against the financial consequences. Please check whether an existing policy also covers stays in privately rented accommodation in Switzerland, or take out suitable insurance if necessary.
In the event of a claim, we will gladly provide a cancellation confirmation and a clear statement on request – issued neutrally, with a neutral booking number and no reference to the nature of our offer. This way your privacy is protected towards your insurer as well.
Whether a refund is made is decided solely by the insurer. Our cancellation terms apply regardless. More on this, including private liability insurance, in our terms (section 15).
Our wish is to treat each other fairly. That is why we combine clear conditions with the willingness to find a humane solution together in special situations.

At the Masterroom we want to offer you a protected place where you can experience your desires and fantasies without a care. So that it stays this way for our next guests too, we ask you to observe a few important principles.
Discretion and privacy – trust on both sides
Discretion is far more than a promise for us. It has been one of the most important principles of the Masterroom since 2014.
We do not want to know what your relationship to each other is, nor why you are visiting us. Your personal circumstances, wishes and inclinations are your private matter.
That is why we only record the personal details that are necessary for the booking and its proper handling. We do not create personal guest profiles and do not keep data longer than necessary or required by law.
By consciously doing without additional information, we place a great deal of trust in our guests. In return, we ask you for the same discretion.
Please treat our exact address, the access information and the particularities of our location as confidential. If you meet other people in or around the building on your arrival or during your stay, we ask you to behave discreetly and respectfully.
No one should receive unwanted attention because of a visit to the Masterroom – neither our guests nor other people in the building.
We protect your privacy. You help us preserve this special, protected place for everyone.
Access and registered persons
The Masterroom is open exclusively to adults aged 18 and over. In case of doubt, we reserve the right to check ages by means of an ID.
Use is permitted only to registered and confirmed persons. If you would like to invite other people, please discuss this with us in advance. Passing your booking on to third parties is not permitted.
Consent and responsibility
A great deal may be discovered and experienced here. The foundation is always mutual consent, respect and regard for personal limits.
All activities are carried out on your own responsibility. Criminal acts and non-consensual violence naturally have no place here.
Cleanliness and handling of toys
We prepare all rooms and toys hygienically with the greatest care before every booking.
After use, please briefly rinse used toys with warm water and place them in the box provided in the bathroom. We of course take care of the subsequent thorough cleaning and disinfection.
Toys for intimate insertion may only be used with a condom. Suitable protection is provided for you.
Care for rooms and furnishings
Our furnishings have been chosen with great love and care. Please treat furniture, play equipment and accessories with appropriate care and follow the instructions for safe use.
If you use our seating without clothes, please place a towel underneath. This helps us protect the high-quality materials and maintain the high standard of hygiene.
If something should get damaged, please let us know directly. Accidents can happen – what matters is that we hear about them.
Smoking, drugs and animals
The entire apartment is non-smoking. The designated balcony is available for smokers.
Drugs are not permitted at the Masterroom. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals.
Special limits
For reasons of hygiene, safety and the protection of our furnishings, we cannot allow certain practices. These include in particular watersports and scat play, medical play and wax play.
We ask you to respect these limits.
Quiet and consideration
Even though a special world opens up behind our door, we are in an ordinary building. Please be considerate of the surroundings and keep shared hallways and other areas not rented by you free of your private activities.
Additional areas of experience may only be used if they are part of your booking. The bar area is available exclusively as part of personally hosted offers.
Arrival and departure
Please keep to the agreed booking times. We welcome and say goodbye to our guests personally and give a short introduction on arrival.
Holders of our Masterroom member card enjoy the special privilege of arriving and leaving independently.
Our wish is quite simple: enjoy your time, look after each other and treat the Masterroom the way you would like to find it yourselves.
