Since 2014, the Masterroom has been a place that we design and develop with a great deal of personal commitment, creativity and attention to detail. This devotion is also reflected in our website. Our photographs, videos, texts, graphics and design elements are part of the Masterroom’s special identity.

The content published on this website is protected by copyright. The rights to the content we have created ourselves lie with the respective authors or the entitled rights holders.
Any use, editing, reproduction or publication of our protected content beyond the uses permitted by law requires the prior consent of the respective rights holders. This applies in particular to using our photographs, videos and graphics on other websites, on social media or for commercial purposes.
Photographs, videos & visualisations
The photographs and the visual identity of the Masterroom were created mainly in collaboration with EYE WORX. In addition, we use licensed images from image databases (including Adobe Stock).
Some images on our website show visualisations of planned or newly designed rooms, some of which were created with the help of AI. These are marked accordingly and are intended to give an impression of our design concept.
Content of our partners
On some pages, with the appropriate permission, we use logos, images and other content of our partners or other third parties. The rights to this content remain with the respective rights holders.

For us, discretion applies not only at the Masterroom, but also on our website. That is why we process as little personal data as possible – and only for what we really need it for.
No tracking. No advertising cookies. No guest profiles.
We do not use any analytics or advertising services such as Google Analytics, do not embed social media plugins and do not load fonts or content from third-party servers.
This privacy policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Visiting our website & hosting
Our website and our booking system run on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. As a member of the EU, Germany ensures an adequate level of data protection.
When you visit the website, technically necessary access data is stored in so-called server log files: the page accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, the previously visited page, browser and operating system, and the IP address. This data is used solely for security and trouble-free operation, is not combined with other data and is deleted after 7 days at the latest.
Cookies & local storage
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. So that the welcome page does not reappear with every page change during your visit, your browser merely stores a small note in session storage. This contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close the browser.
Contact by email, phone & messenger
If you contact us, we process your details solely to answer your enquiry. We reply via the channel you have chosen yourself and never call back unsolicited.
If you use WhatsApp, Signal or Threema, the privacy policies of the respective provider also apply. For those who place particular value on discretion, we recommend Threema (Switzerland) or Signal.
Enquiries & bookings
Our booking system is our own solution and is not operated by a third-party provider. We only collect the details necessary to process your enquiry and carry out your booking. We do not ask personal questions about your relationship or your inclinations.
If you decline our offer, your enquiry is deleted. We keep data on completed bookings only as long as necessary for processing or as required by law (e.g. retention obligations for accounting records). We do not create guest profiles and do not pass on your data for advertising purposes.
Payment
Depending on the payment method chosen, the details required for payment are transmitted to the bank or payment service involved (bank transfer, TWINT, PayPal or card payment on site). Only a neutral booking number appears on the payment.
Newsletter
For our newsletter, we use the mailing service Mailjet (Sinch Mailjet SAS, France, EU). Your email address is all that is needed to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue; your address will then be deleted.
Links to other websites
Our website contains links to social networks and to partners. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website; from then on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Simply visiting our pages does not transmit any data to these providers.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about which data we process about you, as well as to rectification, deletion and release of your data. You can also object to processing. Simply write to us at contact@masterroom.ch.
